Tips on ordering: Please use the exact same name of the pin we use on our web site to avoid getting the wrong pin. You can type the name of the pin or copy and paste the name of the pin into your email. If you are ordering from outside the United States, let us know the country so that we can add the appropriate shipping to your order.

Payment: We accept personal checks, money orders, cash and cashiers checks in U.S. dollars. You can also pay with credit cards via PayPal.com. If you are paying with a credit card, you will need to set up an account with PayPal.com.

How long will it take to get my order?
You will usually receive your order within 4 - 8 business days after we receive payment (personal checks held 7 - 10 days). Before emailing us about the status of your order, please wait at least 15 business days from the time you sent your payment (personal checks please wait 20 days).

Do you take orders over the phone?
No, our schedules are too hectic to have to stay by the phone. We do it all by email.

Are the pins official Disney pins?
Yes, all of the pins we sell are produced by Disney unless otherwise noted on the description of the pin.

Are the pins new?
Yes, all the pins are sold as new on the card, in the box, or wrapper, etc.

Can I return a pin I bought from you?
If the pin is defective we will happily replace the pin for you if we still have them in stock. If we are out of the pin, we can send you a refund or another pin of equal value, your choice. If the pin is not defective we can send you a refund less the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Do you do trades?
No, we have found it to be too time consuming to try and do trades over the internet.

Do you carry any Walt Disney World pins?
We have a few WDW pins. We mainly specialize in, Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, and the Disney Gallery pins.

Do you take pre-orders on pins that haven't been released yet?
No, because if something goes wrong and we are not able to get the pins.

Can I make changes to my order after you have confirmed it?
We would prefer you didn't. It creates a lot of extra work on our end, and there is more room for error.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
